Its time to speculate what 1.43 has to offer.

Changelogs (updated as of 11/12/2021):

Map:
- Additional secondary roads for Iberia DLC, with two new cities: Soria (E) and Beja (P).
- Lyon reskin, with additional prefabs: Renault Trucks Factory and upgraded Renault Trucks Dealer to large (similar to Paris and Toulouse)*
- Austria reskin*

Vehicle:
- Additional customizations for DAF X-Series (XF, XG x XG+)
- Other chassis configurations of this truck added to AI Vehicles.
- Additional ownable trailer: Tipper
- Additional content for Schwarzmuller DLC owners: Tipper (with different bodies).

Gameplay:
- 8 new special transport routes (for Special Transport DLC owners):
Bremen - Travemunde
Warsaw - Katowice
Gothenburg - Helsingborg
Rennes - Brest
Cagliari - Sassari
Daugavpils - Rezekne
Galati - Lasi
Teruel - Soria
- Major fixes for Iberia DLC (specifically the transition border of France A-9 and Spain AP-7 wherein a 50 km speed limit be removed.)
- Additional road signs in kilometer distance for every destination + fixes
- Viewpoints added in the following map DLCs: Vive La France, Italia, Baltics and Eastern Balkans (a.k.a. Road to the Black Sea)
- Additional adjustments on FFB and FMOD (for interior cabin of the truck)

Convoy:
- Player capacity expanded to more or less than 16.
- Mod capacity expanded.

UI:
- New loading screens for the new lighting system adopted since 1.40.*
- New SDF Fonts

* - Uncertain to come in the new update. It might fall in the later updates.

The Jollicious list is basically what I think, except that the number of players will be expanded to 16. I believe they will increase to 10~12 players. 16 is a very high number for now.
Other things I would add:
- AI improvement
- New trailer ownership

This update will definitely be this year, bringing Reskin Lyon, Austria, new Krone semi-trailers, Werlte (Germany) based Krone, new roads in Iberia and two new cities Beja and Soria, and the new XF cab for DAF

My prediction for 1.43 will be 2 new cities for Iberia DLC Lyon Reskin and Austria Rebuild
