You can by adding this command ui_gamepad_mode 0 back to it was before.

A new ETS2 build 1.43.0.71 is available in public_beta on Steam.
* gamepad - added gamepad support for multi column list
* gamepad - added support for gamepad for new map legend

Please bring back the option for job offers when selecting map view, or if you can't please explain why it was changed?

I always "love" to see:
- trucks end up in the 3rd lane (where they are most likely everywhere forbidden)
- trucks and also cars racing each other side by side without the intention to actually end the overtaking process
- trucks endlessly changing lanes on a empty highway without any obvious reasons
- vehicles on the off-ramp turning back on the highway when the lane is occupied (and causing a crash, often into my trailer)
- vehicles unable to perform a smooth lane change
- Completely missing country specific traffic rules
- missing logic in the spawn and destination rules for AI traffic (example: empty main road but 10 trucks merge from a side road just to leave the main road together for the next side road again)
- a total absence of "intelligence" in the traffic behavior mirroring the skills of the responsible developer...
Removed - Rule 2.3
the bug lights, wich lights(headlights, beacon lights, brake lights, street lights) pass through objects, like those objects(prefabs, cabin, trailer, cargo) are invisible to those lights
AI traffic improvement, wich traffic have better behavior, most realism, and the spawn of the AI traffic can be more realistc. for example there are some areas in the game that AI don't spawn properly, and some areas the AI traffic seems illogical like going inside for a rest are for "nothing", just pass there and leaves, like they are following you... and other things that make the AI of the game a little unrealistic.

Good question...
I was on an ETS2/ATS break lately and fired the game up again a few days ago. Almost didn't notice that change.
But when I did, it triggered the hell out of me
Having to go back to the main menu for entering the Job/Freight markets really disrupts my gameplay flow. And it feels needlessly complicated.
This is a changed that was absolutely not needed and I'm with the other people talking about it - I really hope it get's reverted to its original state.
SCS-trucksim veteran - ETS2: since December 2012 / ATS: since release in February 2016 / Several 18WoS parts even before that
