SCS should have change the font of the speedometer also. In the Efficientline 3 is bigger and clearer than in the older ones.

Re: ETS2 1.43 discussion thread
Well, I just want to provide some feedback on the new controller use in the menu (I am using a Speedlink controller as XInput):
While I need some getting used to to the new controlls in the menu I have a hard time going out of menues by pressing the "B" button since I generally do it by pressing "Start" on my gamepad (which worked before 1.43 e.g. in the map or getting back in the truck). Don't know if "uset_gamepad_mode 0" in the console actually changes that or not as I haven't played around with that yet. But I am certainly loosing a lot of muscle memory from the update. But what really wireds me out is that I can open the menu by pressing "Start" on my contoller but can not leave it by pressing it again. Maybe an option for specific menu navigation on the gamepad would be helpfull.
Also, moving the map is really causing some FPS drop. My 60FPS went down to 44FPS when moving the map. I have only city names active.
Edit: And wow, I never thought that I would ever see this line on my vanilla profile in the game.log:
The game.log file is 1.242MB big. And filled warnings about obsolete wear attributes. Oofff...

I'm sure they mean the Steam Deck, but could this also mean that the game is coming to other consoles, like Playstation and Xbox?"This update for controllers is extensive, however, we are confident that this will bring a more seamless experience for those who use them as their main controller. This also paves the way for future platforms which utilize similar controls."
Re: ETS2 1.43 discussion thread
@Mammonzocker In the game's launch option in Steam, put -unlimitedlog and then play the game and quit again, unless you're crashing. It'll generate a new one.
The obsolete attribute warnings are harmless. They just cause clutter unfortunately.

Re: ETS2 1.43 discussion thread
Good evening together,
I don’t know if this theme fits here, but I just hope it will be in the current game version 1. 43 or 1. 44 so far. I hope so, of course.
The point I was getting at is the “expansion” of the Krone DLC which was hinted at by SCS in March 2020. I mean mean meanwhile in 3 months 2 years have passed where you have not seen or heard of SCS on the subject.
(Correct me, maybe I missed something.)
But I know of at least 2 trailers, many small items and the Krone factory in Werlte (Germany)
I guess the “pandemic” might be responsible for not hearing about it, but I just wanted to share my opinion on it with you and hear your opinion on it. I really find this an exciting topic.

Why plastic side parts on MAN TGX Euro 6 EL3 are more expensive than painted ones?) That's strange

Re: ETS2 1.43 discussion thread
I have already said that the standard interior and the exclusive were confused. In addition, a leather steering wheel was added, but no leather seats in exclusive were added. But why? If it was approved by the manufacturer, It's a little strange and not logical if you want to make yourself a truck in the most complete set.
