"We Want Mercedes In ETS2" Facebook campaign

Greetings all.

There's a campaign on Facebook; a petition if you will, to encourage Mercedes to give SCS the licence to unlock the Majestic trucks in ETS2.

Here's the link. Please be sure to hit Like, and share this amongst everyone you know who has ETS2. Hopefully we can make a difference, and get Mercedes into the game!

Small bump to this beloved topic that's been allowed to fall into ruin Does any SCS peeps ever frequent the forums? Is there any news of a Mercedes licence appearing over the horizon any time soon?

I "Liked" the FB suggestion, but my comments remain as follows:

"Until SCS fixes the horribly poor quality of the interior, I don't see Mercedes granting a license for any amount of money. The speedometer and tachometer gauge faces are a totally blurry mess, and they aren't even lighted! It's by far the worst model in the SCS portfolio."

Bolded the bits I find especially interesting, I've only really used the Majestic and I never knew those issues were limited to just that model. It's a real pain seeing those dials but I've always put it down to my monitor(1440x900) and am not far off upgrading to a 1080p monitor. Not just for that reason of course, but wow...

BTW, I meant to add that if you install TSM_v2.2 you will have your "Mercedes" Star logo, as it is included as part of the package.

Unfortunately nothing can be done about the horribly low-resolution spedo and tach gauge faces.

Well, it's about time they came around... It will be nice to see a real Mercedes cruising the ETS2 highways.
