@plinio.lisboa.br I dont know if it is frech origin... the Explenation is just french, but I cant tell you if it acutaly is from that origion.

@Killerhangar i Linked some pictures and explenations below. The Road law in germany, and europe, is very complicated.

Thanks for the positiv feedback :D

There are load of other signs but I think a more expierienced driver can explain a lot of them better than I. Cheers

Thanks for your Support.

Thanks @Blue-Trans for your explanations, so I don't have to explain everything.

---------------------->

Last 2 Weeks...

Eat dinner and watch some YouTube before the seriousness of life starts again.

I quickly tested my polishing supplie that I ordered from the USA, I have to say that the result not only made the rim shine

[ external image ]

At night I went back to Wörth with my colleague. Unloading together in the paper mill.

[ external image ]

Back in Bad Kreuznach, my best friend came back to visit me

[ external image ]

I had my brother with me, he also wants to be a truck driver. If you want to drive, you also have to be able to work. So high pressure cleaner in hand and off you go

[ external image ]

This week I met my driving school teacher, I had my first driving lesson with her. It is incredible to see each other again after 5 years in my own truck.

[ external image ]

A common farewell picture.

[ external image ]

In the evening my work colleague came and happened to finish work here too.

[ external image ]

Short picture in the green, just before Feierabend. I love this truck.

[ external image ]

At the customer again a nice reflection. At least something good from rain.

[ external image ]

Unloading in the hall in Pilsach.

[ external image ]

Everything out that doesn't pay rent. Beacons on and Party.

[ external image ]

Refuel and blow out the cab.

[ external image ]

If you don't get enough during the week. Will be driven again on the weekend.

[ external image ]

See ya next Week Buddies.

The ATP signs are not regulated by law. Its a standard but police can't fine you or arrest if you happen to have old FRC class or stickers on your truck. Only customers can sanction you from those. (Not give a load etc)

Thanks for your Support.

Last few Weeks compared.

--->

Used the last Saturday and polished the tanks.

[ external image ]

Monday evening, cleaned up my workspace and waited for my colleague to come.

[ external image ]

Spent a nice evening together. Have a meal together. It could always be like this.

[ external image ]

Do TÜV on the trailer and safety check on the truck. Get through without complaints, also no problems due to additional lighting. I even got praise because the truck is in such good condition due to the good care.

[ external image ]

I have recently been able to use a new car wash, much better, without a lot of lime, roofed over, and I can wash as long as I want. with power foam and everything.

[ external image ]

So tested and approved. Next week will be really neat washing.

[ external image ]

Closing time at the Club DAF.

[ external image ]

Quickly get a load for the previous day.

[ external image ]

A nice trailer tarpaulin.

[ external image ]

Here is a picture of the detailed laundry. Stayed about 2 hours.

[ external image ]

Sunday evening, clear the truck and get everything ready for departure.

[ external image ]

Departure.

[ external image ]

Today I completely polished my air horns. Left before polishing right after.

[ external image ]

It has to shine and refect. I'm not really a chrome fan, but it has to be.

[ external image ]

[ external image ]

Wish you all a nice Sunday, and a good start in the new Week.

Stocki, your thread about your work has been both very informative and entertaining - thanks for this ongoing tale of life on the road.

Your DAF looks gorgeous and I'm impressed with the care and attention you lavish on her (nothing less than she deserves!), It's always good to see a pro who looks after the tools of his trade with such care; a message my father thought was important to jam into my brain :)
