@amkleon I use:
1) my own weather mod based on default weather with HDR turned OFF (it's not private but it's not published because it's not finished... yet :) );
2) about ReShade, I use only 4 shaders: LumaSharpen, LUT, Deband, Pirate_Bloom (for comparison screenshots see under spoilers) (links lead to my settings of this or that shader).
