I understood that if they are updated with an extern link, they can be bigger...they are posted with postimages

Images posted may be no larger than 960 pixels wide and 960 pixels tall.
If you then link to a picture which is bigger, then that is okay, but the picture we see in here can not be bigger than 960 pixels wide and 960 pixels tall, link or not.
