These week we had to do a special job. 2 months ago we received the order to transport 400 tons topsoil from a construction to our customer. We earns with these job a good money, because there is a problem, which the rivalry could not solve: The construction is on a little village, and 200 meters before there is a very low railway bridge.. All our high-roof-trucks are too high.. To the construction is only these way.. The old Actros MP3 with low-roof L-Cab had no problems, they had enough space to bridge.. But the new Euro 6 trucks had a big problem.. For example the Volvo FH: Theres a hand's breadth from the cab to bridge..
Everyone can drive long-distance trips.. Construction jobs need good drivers..

2 weeks ago our newest special trailer was delivered. It is a Langendorf Floatliner - we want to transport glass for a big glass company near Augsburg. So we ordered these trailer..
Whats your opinion? Do you like it? Let me know what you mean - whats the right tractor for these trailer? A Low-weight-tractor like MAN TGS, Scania G? A normal Long-distance tractor like a Volvo FH Globetrotter oder Scania S-Series?
