A member of our local-transport fleet, a Volvo FM 450 with day cab. It pulls most time a 55m³ tipper trailer for the local agriculture or it takes some different standard trailers and pick up the freights for the trailers, the long-distance tractors tooks this ready-loaded trailer on our head office. The driver of this FM spends his rest time every day at home, so he don´t need a bed in his truck

True local transport unit, so it is some sort of a shunter then?

We use for the shunter jobs one of my classic trucks or a driver the fleet do this job.. For our long-distance trips we use trucks from different brands. For example here two older Euro 6 trucks. A 2017 Mercedes Actros 1851 GigaSpace and a Scania R490 Highline of the Streamline Series. All trucks are ordered with the motto: Every tractor can pull every trailer.. So every truck is equiped with a hydraulic system, nearly the same frame high and with the same wheel size on front and rear axle.

We ordered in January some new trailer from @JUseeTV. Some new Schmitz S.KO for the transport of vegetables, fruits and milk products. The trailers are full equiped and were used sometimes for our security transports.Here in combination with a MAN TGX 18.510 XXL

Our newest truck of the fleet, a brand new Scania 540S Highline of the latest facelift series. Next week we get our new Scania 530S V8. Now we want to see which truck are better performing and which truck has the best fuel consuption. The trucks was ordered with nearly the same configuration, the same wheels and the same equipment, for example both truck has a walking floor and tipper hydraulik.
