supersobes' Euro Truck Screenshots
Welcome to supersobes' Euro Truck Screenshots! Here I will post images that I have taken in Euro Truck Simulator 2 along with my thoughts on the trucks and scenery in the images.
I'll start by introducing my main truck.

This is my Scania S520. This truck I bought last year after update 1.31 of Euro Truck Simulator 2 released. This has been my main truck since then, and it currently has approximately 115,000 kilometers on the odometer. This trucks has a simple design like I usually go for, but it does have bit of a customized feel. I usually go for grey or white on trucks, but I went with a red colour theme on this truck by having the Scania Griffin logo on a red paint job, red ambient lighting on the interior, red interior trim, and a red Scania V8 LED board. As all of my trucks are, this truck is built from 100% vanilla options from SCS. The truck has a 520 HP Scania engine that develops 2,700 newton meters of torque between 1,000 and 1,300 RPM and a 12 speed Scania Opticruise transmission with a transmission brake installed.
These photos are from my most recent trip in the Baltic DLC. I took a short haul that was roughly 400 kilometers from Latvia into mainland Russia. It was an evening trip on the back roads, so I set my cruise control at 77 km/h and enjoyed the scenery while listing to my favourite music, Rush.

Thanks, BK Vissers!

Heading Southbound on П23 (P23) out of Pskov with a load of tomato bound for Lithuania. I hope the reefer is on though since they don't have that green indicator light on the reefer unit in Europe like we do in North America.

You're required to stop every 50km and open the door and if it's still, cold, you know it's working!

I thought of a solution: Buy an American ThermoKing unit, have it shipped to Europe, and have my local Scania dealer do a custom install on my Krone trailer. Might be too expensive and too much hassle though.BK Vissers wrote: ↑23 Feb 2019 12:58 You're required to stop every 50km and open the door and if it's still, cold, you know it's working!

I'm really enjoying the road signage in the Baltic DLC. I especially love these blue lane usage signs. They are pretty cool.

Re: supersobes' Euro Truck Screenshots
The Scania went into the shop for an oil change and some general maintenance. In the meantime, they gave me this rental DAF. In order to pay for the service on the Scania, I would have needed to complete two loads, but I didn't have enough time to do two loads before I had to go back and get my truck, so I grabbed a HCT trailer from the terminal in Helsinki, and I took a two loads worth of fresh oranges up to Pori.
