Andy in Europe
Andy in Europe
Sharing my ETS screen caps here
My temporary retired DAF XF 106. Here seen hauling in Poland wilderness. Waiting for a good enough sound mod to get it back on duty.
[ external image ]
Here I am waiting for my next haul in Andorra.
[ external image ]
Hauling around the Icy mountains of Finland.
[ external image ]
[ external image ]
It was time for some heavy lifting. And of course a break before days end.
[ external image ]
[ external image ]
Another day, another haul.

Re: Andy in Europe
Delivering fuel in the middle east. Right now I'm at the border crossing of Syria. Running with state (Sri Lanka) owned petroleum corps colors.
[ external image ]
I call this the burning road of Syria. It is completely lit with burning barrels.
[ external image ]
On a more lighter note, I drove a Mercedes after quite a while.
[ external image ]
And finally, ended the day with a mighty, mighty MAN.

Reviving the old gal. I do need to work the paint.

My ever faithful Scania S. And my attempt at a skin to adorn her.

The third haul for the day is still on going. I'm covering over 3,000 KM's. Pics soon

From the 3000KM Journey. I'm nearing the end here. Only time I got a breather and some light to finally take out the camera.

Had some spare time to haul in a Iveco with it's trailer. Delivery was a consignment of Rye to a local supermarket.

Re: Andy in Europe
Started the week with a dolly combo. To be honest, I did not like the way it drove :/. Sold it after the very 1st trip.

Back in the driving seat of this one again. Haul was not so light and the journey was not so short. Nearly 3000 KM's from England to Norway. Glad I had the big gun.

Cool stuff here
Re: Andy in Europe
@Polarlicht Thanks! you too have some really cool shots on flickr
Two hauls today. 1st one with an iconic Mercedes Benz Actros MP1. Looking like this will be my favorite truck for some foreseeable time in the future.

[ external image ]
[ external image ]
And the 2nd. A lot of demand for heavy hauls these days, esp ones that compels you to cover long distances. And this was no exception.

Took my MAN out for another heavy haul.

I have a love and hate relationship with the T. I buy it, upgrade the hell out of it, and sell it after a haul. Same case here. It was gone after this haul.

Re: Andy in Europe
Brought back my very first truck from retirement with a new engine. If only the haul was done during daylight.

And in the 2nd haul of the day, I scaled the hills in Andorra while there was a light mist. And thankfully, in the morning.
