this screenshot uses my own flare.dds, which is way too strong for photos of my own truck, but works very well for AI cars in front and in the mirror - I can finally overtake at night!

Working on my new FH, still in garage now ;)

Is this new flare posted on this forum? If not, would you be so kind and put it up, in Mods section?
I like it.
Thanks and sorry for the off-topic.
Retired, but still loving it.

I didn't post it because it's really only good for enhancing visibility of AI traffic cars at night - both in front and in mirrors. The huge con of it is destroyed effect for closeup screenshots. :|
The blue streak you probably like on my screenshot is photoshop, sorry. We can't achieve such wide lensflare effect in game, flare sprites the game uses are comically tiny in size, and there is no way how to add such effects in post-process, since you would need 3D info you don't get from game engine.

Original screenshot looks like this:

Buddy, i don't care about the blue streak (though it looks nice!).. I want to see those sob's from far away, during night driving :D

Wohoo! I am somehow happy to be a clown in this case. Finally someone, who found those dark AI ghosts revealing just in front of my truck, extremely odd!

Should have attached it several posts sooner, sorry for carrying off the topic guys...

I gave it a download as well.

I wonder if this can be applied on a vehicle to vehicle basis.

EDIT: Agh, doesn't look like it can. So sad.
On extended hiatus.

Thanks, mate, for this little gem!

OK, I know I should've done it myself.. but the older I get the lazier... and, anyway, this seems properly put together, so I ain't gonna bang my head trying to make it right.
