I guess I will now be checking the ATS files to see if there are any other differences to the ETS2 ones.

Oh yeah, I forgot that that line is from ATS file. It works fine in ETS2, I have that line in ETS2 editor_data and it works without problems.

I might have just copied the whole ATS editor_data and I am using it in ETS2. I don't remember anymore. Either that or I just added that line.

Sometimes I wonder if it's found in the map sector files, because you will only see them when working in a particular sector.

PS: This line "background_map_height: -[number]" does work in ETS2 but I still would rather have the option to change the height or opacity on the map sector image.
Instead of having to change the height of the entire map, as well.

Yes, it would have been better with a Opacity parameter, maybe!
And a possibility to change that from within the editor, a slider e.g.!

@ikeSeki, it worked!

Thank you for the tip. There really isn't this option in ETS2, but I saw it in ATS and just inserted this line in the background mod. I set the altitude above zero. In general my map has a variation of up to 700 meters in altitude with the corcovado hill and below zero I believe it reaches up to 40 meters with the port region tunnel. When I need to trace a road below zero, I simply change the altitude to a negative background map value. Liked it! However, even if SCS creates something as friends suggest, the editor's innovation will be even better.

Please let the editor remember the last choice of Gizmo setting (Global/Local/View).

Also some more keyboard shortcuts would be nice.

Hello guys, one question, but i know that isn't available right now...so i post here anyway. Is it possible to import some terrain 3D file from Blender? i have some data from my city and i would like to use it as a "canvas".

It's possible to delete this limit for the variant on a sign ? : 00:01:29.095 : <ERROR> Instanced model /model/sign/traffic/cf_al/signs_hw/fsg_fr_a1a_hw.pmg has more pieces (5) than allowed max (4). Some parts will NOT be rendered.

It would be nice if the game would remember the last position of the progress window (save/recompute). It disturbs the view of every other application's window, and it is not so easy to move.

It assumes default position for each try. I'd like to have a position remembered in each editor session, and between sessions.
