Level crossing gates

The level crossing gates will generate a invisible wall when it is not completely opened, which does not function like the toll gates where you can cross when the gate is not completely opened. I wish this will be fixed as it very annoying when i try to slip through to save some momentum or time, I will crash into the invisible wall and cause damage.

The invisible wall exist untill the red light is turned off. This wasn't like that before 1.27.X if i remember well..
