Make it easier to stall the engine

Please make it easier to stall the engine. Takes way too much to kill it. Without a cargo, I can easily start driving in 12th. gear. Just takes a bit longer to gain higher rpm, but certantly not a problem at all.

This misconduct shows that the physics simulation is still expandable.
