Re: Iberia DLC inaccuracies and mistakes on signs and layout
One thing that I found annoying upon realization is that the righter-most line should be broken in some part of northern Spain, kind of like in France. Maybe just because I stare at the roads a lot but it feels such an immersion breaker and I can't unsee them after knowing it.
It would be great that SCS would listen to the community and polish things up, and I trust that SCS would do so.

I really hope SCS will hear you, the signalling work for ATS is of much better quality, so why neglect Europe?

Noticed this as well, especially the missing announcements of toll stations.
Is the advance announcement (cf. north of Barcelona on AP-7 IRL: https://www.google.ch/maps/@41.5840344, ... m2!1e1!1e4) even present at any of them?
Looks like there was not enough time to do a last polish/quality check of the signage. Let's hope it'll be improved with the next maintenance updates.

I wish I hadn't seen this thread. Now this will get me even more angry and annoyed with their sloppy, lazy sign work. I wouldn't hold my breath on any fixes and improvements if other DLCs are anything to go by. I hope to be pleasantly surprised, but I've resigned myself to the usual disappointment.

Another thing that bothers me a lot is the fact that these signs used in the roundabouts are way too big:

And also unrelated to signs, I've haven't see any of these LED signs in any highway. There are really common in spanish highways. Why didn't they make these? Nobody knows

Very good addition! VMS (variable message sign) is really missing! You have them a lot in Spain and Portugal indicating things like seatbelt warnings or risk of fire. They have the model from ATS so they could use that one by just porting it to ETS2 if they really want to do it quick and dirty.
Re: Iberia DLC inaccuracies and mistakes on signs and layout
More example of improvement necessary, please for the love of god SCS stop using those blue service signs with only arrows and symbols and no text, they are unrealistic and remind me of ETS1.

Simple easy fixes, arrows wider as the narrow ones look bad and unrealistic compared to the rest of the world + correct sign usage that's already ingame.

Wow, you did a pretty amazing research in this topic, I really congratulate you as an Iberian native. However, I´m really not sure if devs will take a look on it in this part of the forum, this could easily got lost sadly...maybe copying it on the general Iberia discussion thread or even in the bugs section (even these are not bugs actually) would be a good idea?

Funny how there was a whole research thread dedicated to Iberia.
