Iberia - Lisbon and Setubal incorrect places

Hello

This is one very specific suggestion.
In the map, there's a red circle with a few locations. All these locations are considered part of Lisbon, but this is incorrect.
This area, in real life, is part of Setubal.

So much that in the game map, this area is actually closer to Setubal, than Lisboa (as it is in real life).
So you just need to fix that and make them belong to Setubal and not Lisbon. That would make the warehouse there "move" to Setubal. Either move it elsewhere to actual Lisbon, or create a new warehouse there so we can have a HQ in the capital of Portugal, please.
