Hello SCS,
I have some problems with any model ideas for traffic. We have the model-locator names "cargo" for trailer to park cargo on it. Can you give us this command also for vehicles?
Also I've tried to animated the mixer on the sem_260 but the chassie doesn't know the "animations[]" command. So here would be a "cargo"-locator very helpful. Also for random Paintjobs and and and. You can open many many variants of ideas when you give us the cargo-locator for any models

You can already do this as it is for vehicles.
For vehicles, you need to define a model hookup for the models you wish to have attached to the vehicle.
Take a look at the "vehicle.sii" file that is located at "/unit/hookup/models" with the game's files.
You will need SCS Software's extractor tool to expose the file so you can freely look around in it.
Once you have your model hookup defined, you will need to add a locator node to your vehicle model and point it to your model hookup.
Take a look at the street sweeper vehicle model to see how it is done.
