Usage of windscreen fluid while driving

One of the struggles driving during summer is a windscreen getting dirty by attracting dust on dry days or smashed insects on the windscreen. To regain clear sight there's an option on the wiper stick to spray out fluid to wipe the wondscreen back clean. How cool would it be to add such an option in the game.
