working animations on tachograph units

this is a digital tachograph and all the trucks in ETS2 have them instlled somewhere

the little "h" symbol is showing rest but it also shows a cicle when the truck is working and a crossed hammer when the truck is stopped (unless the driver has set it to break or POA), it also shows a clock and the trucks odometer.

Would it be possible to bring this feature to ETS2, so when you are driving the truck shows the driving symbol and switches to the crossed hammers when you stop, then switch back to the driving symbol again once you start moving, but also have the clock working (set to UTC rather than the local time zone so that when you cross into another time zone although the one on the dash changes time zone, the tacho does not so will look to be 1 hour or 2 hours behind the one on the dashboard for example), and in addition to this, the vehcile speed shows up (always in Kilometers) odometer clicks away like the one on the dashboard and always be in KMs even though the truck may be in miles on the dashboard

Adding this will bring another level of immersive reality to the game.
