I noted some sort of audio glitch. When driving at around 50 Km/h in 9th gear, you can clearly hear a short cracking distorsion at the end of the engine sound loop.
I'm not sure if this is something you can fix, but I thought I'd report it nonetheless.
Hi,
first thank you for this sound mod. I know it's an old subject but is there anyway for me to reduce the reverse (beep) sound? It's very load and as I'm not the best driver around
it takes me some time to park the trailer and it really gets annoying after a while. All other sounds are ok volume wise.
Thanks
@skycamel - The reverse beeper sounds in the mod are located in /sound/truck/scania/int/reverse.ogg and /sound/truck/scania/ext/reverse.ogg if you'd like to edit those yourself with a reduced volume.
Alternatively you can uncheck "Sound of reverse" in the game's audio settings if you don't want the reverse beeper sound.
Thanks so much for your tip. I was actually thinking I could put back the original sound of the "beep" only as the volume of that one was ok. But I'm sure I can find some software to adjust the volume of the "beep". I know I can switch it off but I still prefer to have it, at reduced volume.
Cheers,
Luc
