0 competition. ETS2 is far superior. It will take ages for TD to even get close to SCS quality. That's what happens when you develop a complex game for a console.
The smallest details always make the biggest difference.

I am sure that this game will be much worse than the ETS2 that has grown over the years.
Maybe the console freaks then see that a truck simulation can only be played reasonably on the PC and Euro Truck Simulator 2 is the only one reasonable Truck Simulation game on the world.

ETS2, as it is, can perfectly run on a console if the engine is made for it, there is nothing complex about the game, Farm Sim has just as much key bindings and is on Console, Forza Motorsport/Horizon has a more complex physics and Graphics engine then ETS2 and runs perfectly
this ist just a lazy developer who wants to throw garbage on the marked on as much platforms as possible to milk them

I like on pic above that they forgot to model a windshield
Scandinavian truckdriver.

Looks horrible, and obviously not even in the same league system as ETS2.
Still, for those unfortunate enough to have chosen console over PC, at least there is finally an open world truck game availiable.

Well, i´ll sign up for the Beta, doesn´t hurt to see what that Devteam has to offer and what different features the game will have anytime later.
Actually it doesn´t look any good, but Pre-Alpha states of most games aren´t shiny or polished.

to be honest, with all the content on ETS2, the only competition ETS2 has right now is ATS!

This looks horrible.
Any game that makes a teaser but doesn't actually tell you anything about the game is likely that way because the devs know the game sucks too much to tell anyone.
Think about it, the game is called "Truck Driver", but it only shows a small road in a forest with maybe half-a-second of a truck being driven.
Yep, this game's going to suck.
I don't even lime ETS2, but I far prefer it to this "Truck Driver".
