I use the old CheatFinder by R.A. Uhalde for conversion. The Data Interpreter in HxD can do the conversion if you switch to hexadecimal base and and paste this into the UInt32 row. You can probably find a programmer's calculator with this function.

Those are IEEE-754 32-bit floating point values expressed as hex and you can find a handy converter here: https://www.h-schmidt.net/FloatConverter/IEEE754.html
