Little letter

This is one little bug. The Bulgarian interface in the game the word "Diagnose" starts with little letter:

Google translate told me that "Diagnose" is written in Bulgarian as "диагностика".

So it is the word in the very right of the picture, with the red bar below it.

And yes, he's right, the first letter is not in caps, unlike the other words. Minor issue, as I would say. :D
