Should map be translated as well??

#1 Post by Pers Kärpänen » 27 Jan 2014 06:39

Although all those english names are well understood even now. In finnish language there occurs to be some special "translations" for those towns and Cities with old and wellknown communion and commecial relations are been operated since Hanseatic League if not longer. Those "translations" have in time being warped to fit the finnish grammar and declension and are now days a steady part of language, and for most of the times translated in most proses.

Can the texts and infos in the maps be translated as well, or is that the same base for all languages?

For instance Hamburg=Hampuri, London=Lontoo, and some other mayor cities Finland has communication to a great extent.

Just wondering if...

The engine does not support localization of city names.
