Addendum: I think this is a BUG. Because previous versions of the language is correct, but in the version (1.11.
Beta), this has been left unturned.

Even American Truck Simulator got released and I am here only to confirm that the feature/bug described herein is solved for the ETS2 version 1.22.2. (might have been solved waaaaaaay earlier but we probably will never get to exactly know for what version )

Menu:
- Garage Purchase => Tallin osto
- Trailer Purchase => Perävaunun osto
- Vehicle Adjustments => Ajoneuvon säädöt

Cargo:
- Backhoe Loader => Traktorikaivuri
- Loaders => Kuormaajat
- Wheel Loader => Pyöräkuormaaja

Some truck & trailer customization:
- Chrome => Kromi
- Gloss => Kirkas
- Loose Wheel Nut Indicators => Löysän pyöränmutterin ilmaisimet
- Paint => Maali
- Spare Tire => Vararengas
- Standard => Vakio
- Steel => Teräs

The strings have been translated with slight exceptions (see below) and the translated versions should appear with the next game patch that will also include updated translation strings.

Strings Chrome, Paint and Standard have been translated (as suggested here) to this day and should have been in the game for already some time now.
There are no strings Gloss, Loose Wheel Nut Indicators and Steel in the translation engine that could be translated.
If in any way possible please provide a picture where these untranslated strings can be seen in the game.
