Free camera and teleport doesn't work [Console Enabled]

Hello guys, i have a problem that happened recently, my free camera and teleport (F9) are not working, even with the console activated correctly. The problem happens in ATS and ETS2, in profiles without any mod, so it is not a conflict with any mod. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Free camera, or fly cam is 0 on the keys above the letters (idk if that has a name), F9 is place truck at current location.

Nope. Ctrl + f9 jus opens chat

It does when you're not in free cam mode, but when you're in free cam you need ctrl + F9 to "land", there will still be a popup about chat being disabled, or that's what it always says on my end, i don't play convoy.

After I press 0 I am under the vehicle but when I start to move everything around me disappears except the sky and everything is black except the sky, please help!

Your flyspeed is likely too high and you've probably shot straight into space.

In your config file check this value:

uset g_flyspeed "10.0"

If it's set massively high, change it back to 10 as a starting point.

Or just scroll back your mousewheel-button
And use the numbers on your NumPad (rightside of your keyboard) to move.
9 is up , 8 is forward
