The only reason i responded like i did is because you blamed the game (unfounded) and SCS (again, unfounded) for your issues with a rant.

Round 2, Just upgraded again, R9 380 out in RX480, all I can say is FPS are currently a lot worse on the more powerful RX480 than they were on the R9 380, R9 380 got 60 fps on motorways, 45-55 in citiies, RX 480 well lets just say 10 fps on the motorway is just an insult, is it the game, or is there an underlaying issue (NB ETS2 is the only one with lower FPS, all other games FPS are significantly higher if not double the FPS)

Does anyone know why this is occurring yet again
is there anything ive missed during the upgrade process (R9380 Drivers were wiped using DDU)

first of what version of Windows 10 do you use because one page one you have written that you used Win 10 10532 and that is a not officially supported Windows 10 version because it is a beta build or more precisely was a beta build

did you try to downgrade the graphics drivers to a version that was stable for you ?

is your windows up-to-date (and not a betas. build 10240.XXX, 10586.XXX and 14393.XXX are official builds of Windows 10)

some outdated mods ?

game up-to-date ?

graphics card is right installed in the PCIe Slot ?(and yes you can install it wrong happened to me once)

Card is working fine, had to change some things in bios, and power usage, getting 90fps in cab and 110 fps+ outside the cab, overall one happy chappy
