pfff, I get freezing screen at menu since yesterday! nothing seems to work, today I have updated my Windows 10, Nvidia drivers, reapplied same profile that worked very well before and I have the same problem as yesterday. curiously everything works correctly in ATS 1.29. maybe it worth mentioning that in ETS2 I am still in 1.28??? it may be that SCS did something to ETS2 1.28 to "encourage" people to move to 1.30? I would really hate them if they did so!!!! it's a big coincidence that after game has finished public beta, I have got these problems...

1.28 didnt get any updates after 1.30 left the beta so they couldnt have done it

maybe, then must be the nvidia driver, it has been updated few days ago, perhaps I haven't noticed the freeze, anyway problem lies with the G-sync and its derivations, especially with frame rate limiter. I solved by the following:

in game V-Sync is enabled, screen is at 120 hz therefore 1/3 means that fps is locked at 40 which feels very good both in cities and outside. up to now I haven;t noticed different performance hit comparing with G-sync, and there is no more frozen menu

I use the latest drivers, but not g-sync, just regular old v-sync and everything is good here it must be g-sync problems like you surmised.

thanks for confirming, vulchor! curiously in ATS G-Sync works perfectly, all issues have been happening in ETS2

The FFB Plugin and my logitech H-shifter have small issues as well under ETS2 1.30 that weren't there previously and also aren't there in ATS, so it seems that there's a code change with 1.30 that is causing them.

i was playing today a bit with the Inspector again, and tested 0x40000000 for (Battlefield 2, Call of Duty 2, Far Cry, F1 2010, Colin McRae: Dirt 2, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, SiN: Episodes, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Black and White 2, Bulletstorm, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X.(DX10), Battlefield 2142, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X.)

right now i must say, that is the best i ever saw. very sharp, no jiggles, low flickering.

4x Multi, 4x Transparency Supersampling.

dear Rudi, it sounds great but it doesn't work for me, can you please share your complete settings both in nvidia and in game? it seems I have no AA at all...
