Heavy performance issues

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with this problem. I'm in Italy (Pescara) and I suddenly have terrible FPS. It worked fine driving there, even with mods. But I disabled all mods and and there is no change. Of course I attached the game log.

@Random Username, is it perhaps a very large city? Some maps like ProMods are notorious to cause stuttering even on high-end PCs. If that's the case, de-fragmenting the game and/or mod folder can help.
