Frametime/stutter issues with ownable trailers?
Re: Frametime/stutter issues with ownable trailers?
So half of refund for DLC Krona and Schwarz, uller. We can use generated trailers but can't use own. I have to buy super fast SSD becouse I was thinking that is it bud nope. 32GB also does not help :/ And funniest thing is that , ATS work perfect with own trailers.

there is no issue, they cant reproduce it, i dont have any microlags/stutters at all and i drive owned trailers exclusively in bot ETS and ATS with modded profile

Yeah, and I'm sure Carl, that you don't have sinking trailers in 5th wheel?

SCS is trying to solve this problem! They just can't reproduce it yet, like many of other users who don't have any problems with ownable trailer
@bumbumek the fifth wheel bug is a problem that ALL users have, and for sure, it should be really fixed!!
But I don't think that has anything to do with the stutters that not all players have, even if you don't believe it

When i got rid of all ownable trailer problem was solved. But now there was update for 25 years of krone coolliner. And it starded again - even that i don't still have ownable trailers. i think it has something to do with this latest update

I have ssd nvme m.2 and lots of memory and krone trailers stutter the more and SCSsoftware say they going to fix but it was fine before 1.40
Re: Frametime/stutter issues with ownable trailers?
This problem also happened to me. Regardless of whether to load any modules, as long as I attach my own SCS trailer, FPS will freeze from a stable 60 moments for 1 to 2 seconds from time to time, as low as 30FPS, and then return to a stable 60fps. , Has been circulating like this. However, as long as I don't use my own trailer and directly use the front of the truck to pick up the goods in the freight market, all this will not happen.

Re: Frametime/stutter issues with ownable trailers?
The problem exists since the release of 1.32, which contains owned curtainsiders and box trailers. Stutters can be worse a little bit, especially dealing/using trailer mods.
As we all know, the current problem is known because of indicating an error in the console when loading the cargo. There are few times that there are no errors in the console on cargo loading. Frame rate drops are not closely relatable to stutters. Many times I saw ETS2 POV videos on YouTube, using their owned trailers, and they're not escaped on the problem, specially when dealing with ProMods and Jazzycat traffic mods. Even I, am not saved with frequent stutters (especially using three-axle trailers).
I remember when I used a single-axle box trailer paired with Scania P280 (DC07), there are none to a few times of stutters, since the trailer is short, and cargoes are only loaded up to 13t. So we have no choice but to suffer the consequences onwards until SCS looks the code/path to fix/alleviate from stutters. Some of them reported as a bug until then.
