economy syncing finished

Hello,

I'm having micro freezes when playing and when i notice on i open the console and the last thing i see is "economy syncing finished" and so i would like to know if this is a coincidence or not.
I removed all the JazzyCats MODs and even closed the SIM Dashboard Serve app on the PC to see if any of these where the problem but i just can't figure out what the hell is causing this and it's very frustrating.
I know my PC can handle the game well (I have PC With i7-6700k, 16GB DDR4 3000MHz, GTX 1070Ti, M.2 SSD 500GB ADATA Gammix S11 Pro that has 3500MB/s read and 3000MB/s write speeds and AOC G2460PG With G-Sync and 144MHz) but don't know what else to do.
I've even changed these values up to these numbers with no help at all: -unlimitedlog -mm_max_resource_size 150 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 2000 -mm_pool_size 15000
Playing with DX11 mode does help with these micro freezes but doesn't make them go away.

hello i have had this problem for a long time and it is very boring. then i disabled my world of truck account and my problem was fixed as there was no sync.

Sorry to bump this topic after a year.

Is there a fix to this other than disabling WoT? I'm having micro freezes for five seconds, and the map doesn't load, there is holes in the map, and I need to wait for the game to unfreeze.
this really should not be happening.

I also have this same problem.. Only in WoT profile connected...

I'll post my game log eventually, but I'm just trying to see whether a mod is causing this first, and it doesn't seem likely. This is the message I'm getting repeatedly spammed just before the freeze, and holes in the road ahead.
