ETS2 Stuttering

Hi everyone, I've just updated to the latest Nvidia drivers (451.48) and now ETS2 is randomly stuttering heavily even though no game settings have changed, looking at MSI Afterburner the GPU usage drops to 0% when this happens. Is this happening to anyone else?

My main specs are 2080TI, 9900KS and 32GB RAM.

I've tried without and with mods and I've tried a new vanilla profile, it is even stuttering in the game menu. ATS is affected as well but no other games are, Rocket League, GTA V and RDR2 plus various benchmarks run absolutely fine.

Literally nothing changed between ETS2 playing perfectly in the evening to becoming a stuttering mess the next day apart from the GPU drivers.

I'm using the latest public beta versions of ETS2 and ATS.

New drivers, roll back to the previous ones.
