-no_dlc not turning off RttBS

So I've been trying to disable my map DLCs for the Pathfinder achievement, however -no_dlc disables them all except the Black Sea for some reason. I can't afford to remove the DLC via Steam and then redownload it so any help is appreciated. -only_dlc works if it's worth mentioning. You can see my parameters in the game.log attached.

Problem is once a map DLC is installed along with your profile it can’t be disabled cos your profile will require it

You need to made a new profile with the disabled dlc. Then you can get the archivment, re-activate the dlc and use your normal profil again.
But you cant switch between the profils until it is done.

I'm not sure I expressed myself correctly. I am well aware that I cannot disconnect DLC from an existing profile. However, when I start a new profile with all DLCs disabled, Black Sea is still active for some reason

checked the manifest, it's supposed to be "eut2_balkane"

just change your "eut2_balkan_e" parameter to "eut2_balkane"
