Get your mods sorted
Drop mods not suitable for your game version

I have removed mods which not updatet for 1.38.
I have removed mods which throw warnings and errors.
The game is still crashing with the same error in the start post.

Still a ton of errors from mods. But your issue appears to be running out of memory.

Graphic memory or normal memory?
Graphic memory is 4gb

As you can see in the last few lines of the log file you posted, gfx memory is depleted.

In that log you still have a number of mods that aren't updated for 1.38. A number of those require conversions which seem to eat graphics memory.
One of them looks to be a 50k pack.

@CuzImMaximus, your graphics memory may be being depleted by large textures in your mod / or many big textures being run at once. To help manage this situation, and to get better performance in ETS2 (particularly if you are running a lot of traffic AI mods) you might want to look at the following thread and discussion: "Hi-End Configuration Optimization" at: viewtopic.php?f=41&t=261451

Just go to the first page and follow the instructions for 'startup parameters'. You should get better performance and even more FPS.

However; as everyone has noted, you really do need to disable outdated mods or those which are causing errors.

And even using the advanced startup parameters, there's no single of those that will prevent the VGA to run out of memory if he loads too much on it; mostly due wrong mods that who knows how could behave internally when running on non-supported versions.

Exactly right Some newbie driver - he need to sort out the bad mods, then the startup parameters can be helpful.

If still experiencing the same problem I guess I found the solution, at least after what I've done I didn't see this error so far. I changed the "0" to "1" in line uset r_full_resolution_corrections "0" in config file in documents.
Sorry for my English. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand.
