Did you try with a clean profile and no mods?

1. Try disabling the ingame overlay ->> in the steam client click steam > settings > in-game > enable steam overlay ( uncheck this).

2. Disable old mods:
-- "Real European Gas Stations 2 (REGS 2)"
-- "Real European Companies (by Tamiel18)"
-- "HD – Colored Map v 1.31"
-- "OpelAstraK_V1R_ETS2_ATS_1_36_X_emirbardakci_com.scs"

3. Use compatible mods e.g .:
- Real European Gas Stations Reloaded by ExiaRS ( Steam workshop)
- Real European Companies Reloaded [DX11] by ExiaRS ( Steam workshop)

4. Start the game with the parameter: -unlimitedlog -nointro

I am sorry but to be able to help you we really need the game log after each time you try something new
The game log is recreated each time you start the game
Otherwise we do not have a clue

I did everything suggested in a post above, but it didn't work. Do you have any idea if Razer Cortex has problems with the game? Or it has problems with AMD GPU's. Because I used the boosting system in a game, and it keeped crashing after 10 minutes of gameplay. Disabled the boosting, and I could play the game properly again. Pretty weird.
