Editor Page Up/Down keys

Hi,

This is an unexpected one, I know... I have bought an Asus FX705DT laptop some months ago. Powerful, nice price tag, 17", nothing to complain in this aspect. But then the unexpected. It misses the Page Up/Down keys altogether. I've tried searching the forums for a fix, something like "FN+Arrow Up". Absolutelly nothing works for this laptop.

As some of you might know me, I am quite an ETS2 Editor enthusiast. And in the Editor, the PG Up/Dn keys were used for quick zoom out/in. I still have the mouse scroll zoom, but it's incredible slow. So, I really want to use the Editor again.

Is there any possible workaround for this situation? Other than installing other 3rd party software for remapping my keys? Something like editing a config or .sii file inside my game folder? I've really tried searching but couldn't find any. I'm especially asking the SCS team.

I just checked my cheap Lenovo, and it seems a SHIFT-up/down of the cursor keys does the trick, for me, with several programmes. Same with the numpad up/down keys.

Unfortunately, I couldn't check if this would work for the editor, too, because I haven't installed the game on that poor bugger...

Key remapping? That wish I strongly support. And I'd like to map functions to keys that are now only accessible per mouse-menu.

Doesn't work for me. Shift, CTRL, NumPad, FN, TAB, any other combination you can think of. Tried them all. The other funny thing is that my up/down arrow keys together with FN act like keyboard RGB light intensity control.

With HotkeyP you can create custom mapping for your keybord. Like Shift+Alt+Up for PageUp.

According the gurus on the net It should be press fn and hold + up / down cursor?

My Lenovo has full keyboard - incl numeric pad
I like the 1080p it gives me

Does not work for me, Plykkegaard Just changes keyboard RGB intensity.

By the way, this ones has a numeric keyboard too, but no Pg Up/Dn keys.

Did you deactivate numlock to use num3 and num9 instead? I don't know how the map editor responds to this.
