Speed up lag

When I start driving there is no lag at all, but after 10-30 minutes i get speed up lag where it freezes then speeds up. The fps is always over 100 even if im lagging. Im using promods and promods me, I have checked my temps when playing and they are all normal.
My speccs Gtx 1080, ryzen master 1600x, 16 gb 2400mhz and a normal samsung ssd with 130gb space left on.
I have tried some launch options and it doesnt work (-nointro -64bit -rdevice dx11 -mm_pool_size 7168 -mm_max_resource_size 90 -mm_max_tmp_buffers_size 1000)
These ar my settings with v sync off using 1920x1080 fullscreen (https://imgur.com/a/qv7UHt6)
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me.

Are you using your own trailer? If so dump it as this causes lag.

Nope not using my own trailer, I own one medium garage with 3 other drivers trucks and 3 trailers

So I had an issue similar to this, but it was just stutters every 30-60 seconds or so with solid FPS otherwise, I found what fixed it for me was moving my mods folder onto the same drive as ETS2 instead of residing in my documents folder and changing the homedir in the launch options.
