Engine Brake Not Working.

I'm using a new G923 with new mouse and keyboad. The Engine brake was working when I first loaded into the game after setting up the new wheel. To be clear the Engine Brake was not working prior to swapping the wheel.
I use Track IR a trailer skin and SiSL's Trailer Pack.
I did open GHub after running ETS 2 and after that the engine brake no longer works. I've also removed GHub but it's still the same. When I press B nothing happens.
All drivers are up to date and I've verified the files.

I really don't know why it's not working so I hope somone can offer some ideas on fixing it?

Is it possible that the accelerator pedal is not fully releasing? Try setting a small deadzone in the game control panel.

No I did try that but no luck sadly. I don't understand why it was working one minute then not.

I've tried everything I can think of, I've rebound the key to many others and it's still not working. Anyone got any idea what might be causing this?
I'm using a G923 Wheel with GHub and I'm not sure if it's related to either.

if you set toggle engine brake (wich is the B key by default) it means you have to set the strength of the brake first or it wont work, if you want the engine brake to work with one button unbind toggle engine brake and assign engine brake

I've not changed any settings after getting a new wheel. It was working then it just stopped.

@SCS-Software I can't get the engine brake to work in ETS 2 or ATS and also the Auto Engine Brake don't work.
Can someone tell me how this can be fixed? It's been a number of days now without any solutions.
I just want it to work properly.
