Missing road in France after 1.40 update [MOD]

Hello, in my old profile missing road in France. I make a new profile and the road is already there.
What is problem?

They do seem the likely culprits. Check on a vanilla profile and add them one at a time to see which it is. (And probably disable any mod not explicitly updated for 1.40 regardless)
