ETS2 crashing without warning on profile creation screen

hello i hope everyone is doing well
so i recently bought a new laptop and installed ets2 on it, but as soon as the game started and i was typing out my profile name at the profile creation menu, the game randomly crashed to desktop (steam was still running) without any apparent warning or error message.
1) prior to this i perfectly ran the 1.38 version on my old pc before momentarily stopping to play the game for some time.
2) i did not find any game.crash log file on the ets2 folder in mydocuments
3) the game settings are default as it's a clean installation
system specifications;
cpu- i5 9300h
gpu- gtx1650ti
ram- 8gb
storage- 512gb (264gb free) (ssd)

i think i fixed it, i just did a little tinkering and found some trucksbook plugins (tf they doing on a clean installation on a new computer tho, i did use trucksbook but only on my old pc) on the bin folders of both the x32 and x64 exe folders and just deleted them and i could play the game without crashing
