Heavy stutter since yesterday

Weird stuff... yesterday the game was smooth, running everything maxxed out, 110 mods.. I have a pretty beefy pc. However today the stutter is real! I created a clean profile and I can run using medium\low and the game is stuttering a lot, I mean A LOT. One thing I noticed is now some 3d models are "morphing", I mean.. they only load properly when I get really near them and this was not happening before regardless playing on the new DLC (Iberia) area or not. I didn't changed anything in my end at all. What is going on?

tried already, didnt solved... I don't understand. Even if the truck is stopped I see stutters when I just turn my head (trackir) - that makes no sense

Some users reported issues with the Nvidia drivers that were released this week, and found that reverting to an older version resolved the issue. Your mileage may vary, of course.

Understand, but unfortunately I updated the driver yesterday just after noticed the stutters. I already rolled back (using DDU ofc) and its the same thing... I don't get it.

The cause on my end was the latest Windows update which broke V-Sync. Uninstalling that update fixed it for me.

I had the same problem, thought it was new Nvidia drivers but no improvement with a roll back, then I read on another computing forum that there are performance issues for some folks after the last Windows 10 update. I have uninstalled the update and things are a lot better for me.

I had to remove the latest Nvidia driver that was released this week. I went to their website and downloaded the driver from earlier in April. That fixed the worst stuttering. (I still have some stuttering, but that's not related to this).

Just started stuttering on ATS as well, it might be somthing in the new scs update...not sure yet.

Am kinda thinking that too and also there was an update from windows and users are saying its causing Stuttering
