Game keep crashes randomly

When I launch the game in Steam, it will mostly crash after the intro logo.
Sometimes it will crash while driving.
I tried reinstalling the game and checking the integrity of game files in Steam but no luck to solve this problem.

Outdated mods and using OpenGL instead of DX11 are the most likely causes.
