External Contract Jobs Not Showing Up in Spain/Portugal

OK, here's the problem. After installing the Iberia DLC, I go to Bayonne, France and click the External Contracts button, and I get jobs from France, Italy, Belgium, Germany etc, nothing from Spain or Portugal. I had mods installed at the time so I deleted all my mods went back to the game, checked the External Contracts, nothing in Spain/Portugal. I then used the 'console' to travel to Salamanca, Spain which is more towards the heart of Iberia, and I get this message. I'm at my wits end. The only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling ETS2, but that seems to be a last resort kind of thing. Any suggestions before I get drastic and do a nuke and pave?

I tried to upload a screenshot of the External Contracts screen and the message the game gave me and I clicked the IMG thingy but I don't know how to proceed with that. upload your gamelog .... does it say anything ?

looks like you haven't discovered anything, that could be an issue...

external contracts - do you mean the WOTC ?

Yes, WOTC = External Contracts. The Freight Market works in Iberia DLC, but not WoT jobs. There are plenty of Freight Market jobs going to Spain. I'll try getting my 'gamelog'. I've never had to even look at the gamelog in the eight years I've played ETS2, that is how good I've had it until now. This will be the first time I've not been able to finish a WoT event if I can't find a way out of this.

When you installed the Iberia DLC and started the game did you get a dialog asking if you'd like to connect it to your World of Trucks account?

I have total external contracts blackout after I installed Iberia. All maps have no WOT external contracts except freight contracts. Do I have to reinstall the game now? I made a new profile but no external contracts were available after I bought a truck. I played the new profile up to level 13 but still no external contract appeared for WOT.

Re-installing won't help. It's either your user ID being wrong or something up with your WoT account.
