Can you post your game.log please? Any mods like Jon Rudas etc? I know they are known to be taxing (unless he only works on ATS)

Are you noticing this around or in cities? When I was in Ukraine I noticed very low FPS for my setup, but only in that particular city.

The Great Steppe Model file goes below the Map file.

Try reducing your Scaling or Reflection Resolution if it's above 100%.

In your graphics options, under "Advanced Graphical Settings"

Put "Scaling" and "Reflection Scaling" to 100%.

I have this same problem. It stutters and you can see it the best when in 2th cam.

Turn off SSAO in config. Lower Mirror Distance/Resolution. The game has to work harder due to mirrors, without getting too complex about how it all works.

Edit: Regarding camera views, My FPS is a lot lower in 1st person than 3rd person. I did this test when I swapped out my 2700X to 5600X last week. 3rd person will always be smoother, at least in my experience.
