Spotify sound levels

Hello all, I seem to be having an issue with spotify volumes while in game. To elaborate I drive using my controller with two triggers set to acceleration and system brakes with air simulation on, everytime the right trigger is pressed for acceleration the sound levels dip and wont rise until acceleration is lifted even with cruise control on it still does it.

I have looked up spotify issues with sound in games and did the appropriate changes within my audio control panel with no luck. I intend to swap the accelration button to see if it is a trigger issue, I do have a few mods installed and my last fix will be removing mods to see why it does it....but just to add it doesnt do it on ATS just ETS.

So I tested it via the radio with some music on my pc and the throttle on the trigger is still doing it and its unaplayable like this, so therefore I officially am forced to quit playing ets2.
