On varying locations I see purple/pink color like on attached screenshot, between road lanes or on sides. It is visible as purple if it is far away, as you can see at short distance it is normal. Is this some bug, or something is wrong on my side?
I am using this https://roextended.ro/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1000 to help with antialiasing, if it matters.

Take a look at the log. Something about a missing DDS file.
Your picture also shows an error about a missing MAT file, from a flag DLC. Possibly unrelated to what you talk about. A missing MAT file should produce an intense red color, not pink. If I remember that correctly.
You can always try to sync the game files, in the Steam client, first. If that doesn't help, I expect it to be a mod problem.
