Profile disappeared after the last update

After today's update 06/10/2021 that brought The brand-new DAF XG and XG+ my profile disappeared along with all my save data in the clouds! when I start the game it automatically asks to create a new profile and it doesn't load my profile that I use for more than 5 years, create a new profile and then I tried to load the profile I always used but all the save disappeared.

Please help me I don't want to lose a profile with 5 years more of gameplay.

I also have this problem. Yesterday I was able to play with my profile in the beautiful new DAF. But today I also had to create a new profile and the profile I already had is not visible anymore.

Hope there will be a fix for this very soon.

I also created a new one to be able to continue playing but starting a new profile ended up discouraging me. I hope this problem is fixed so that everyone who lost their profile can continue playing normally.

I lost 2 profiles because of the last update. Taught me to save my game progress on my own computer instead of the cloud

After a bit of a panic, thankfully I found this thread and the fix shown above worked. Phew.

today 06/14/2021 there was an update that fixed the problem of the profile that disappeared, I want to thank you for the speed at which this problem was resolved, this not only means the quality of support but also because SCS is always paying attention to the community. forums and other media. I also want to thank everyone who commented on this tread and hope everyone has gotten their profiles back.

Please post informing if you got your profiles and if everything is ok.

Again I want to thank you for the quality and speed that this issue has been resolved.

NOTE: the matter placed on the link by @Tom end @Madkine I can't do it because somehow the folder was hidden and by the method on the link I couldn't access it.
