Country missing from list when changing country border nodes

Hello. I am a bit confused to why the United Kingdom disappeared from the country list, where you click on a road node and select country border. Most countries appear except the United Kingdom. I have been creating a map using ProMods assets on 1.41. Even Jersey appears as a country. The main reason I would like this fixed is so that traffic lights and level crossings look british and not like the default. Any reason to why this is happening and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I half found the solution. Underneath the blank (none) country option at the top of the list, there is another blank space, which when activated seems to show british traffic lights. I am still a bit baffled to why it is still invisible and that also the traffic lights are the wrong way around?
