Volvo DLC Not Showing In-Game

Hello all,

I have purchased the Volvo DLC, it shows as installed in my Steam library (both ETS2 and ATS) and yet it is not showing in-game. It doesn't show as 'Owned' in the DLC browser (in-game), and none of the cargo is showing up anywhere. I have confirmed several times in Steam that the content is in my library and installed.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

EDIT: I have narrowed the problem down to the fact that I am playing using VR (Oculus+Open VR Beta 1.41) and the version of the beta doesn't seem to recognize the DLC. When I remove the VR beta and play normally (2D), the DLC is recognized and I am able to use it. I have posted this issue in the appropriate VR thread to see if there is a solution.
